We are excited to share with you today the results from our annual client satisfaction survey. Thank you to all our clients who participated in the survey last month and to all of you who continue to provide us with feedback throughout the year personally or through vouchedfor.
We conduct these surveys each year to ensure we are delivering the very best service and meeting the needs of all our clients. The whole team are extremely pleased to see that this year we had another 50% response rate and we have achieved even higher levels of satisfaction in our survey than in the previous year. Also, a thank you to those who suggested a couple of areas of improvement these have proved to be very quick fixes in our process and we will continue to monitor and develop in the year ahead.
