Our core values are built on authenticity and integrity, which is why we feel it’s so important to disclose our fees on our website. We’re completely open about what our fees are for and the value they will add to your life.
The initial meeting that we hold to confirm your requirements, review our Client Agreement and discuss the scope of our services will be without charge. All fees will be agreed with you prior to commencing any work on your behalf.
Where VAT is applicable, we will highlight this to you before any fee is charged. However, as the intent is intermediation, it is unlikely that VAT will be chargeable.
Our Life Roadmap Service provides a detailed evaluation taking into account all your accumulated wealth, income and financial projections, and is based on your aspirations for your future. We then produce your personal Life Roadmap Report, providing you with a clear and efficient strategy for actions both now and in the future and clearly aligning this to your personal objectives.
A minimum charge of £2,500 applies, but this could be higher, depending on the complexity of your financial position. Where existing plans are held, additional charges will apply, covering the costs involved in determining the exact details, how they will fit with your objectives, and any changes that should be considered.
These fees cover the cost of all services relating to the implementation of your Life Roadmap Report and any other recommendations. This will include:
Fees are calculated based on hourly rates and an estimate of the time spent. However, you will always be charged a fixed fee, and we will let you know the fee prior to commencing any work.
As a client, you can opt-in to benefit from our On Track Review process, making sure your plan stays relevant to your needs. This important service provides you with regular feedback on the performance and outcome of your financial decisions, so you can continuously improve and refine your strategy and goals.
Fees are calculated based on assets under our management at a rate of 0.85% per annum, subject to minimum fees dependent on the level of service you need. Service Level 1 has a minimum fee of £5,000 per year, and Service Level 2 has a minimum fee of £3,000 per year. We will discuss and agree on the specific fee structure with you before proceeding to ensure transparency and alignment with your needs.
Everyone who signs up to our On Track Review service will receive a full annual review and planning meeting. We will also provide additional services, which we will explain in further detail during our first meeting.
Your investments are valued at £500,000, and you receive Service Level 1.
At 0.85%, the ongoing management fee we would receive is £4,250.
As this is less than the minimum ongoing service fee for this service level, we’d charge you £750. The total fee would be £5,000 per annum.
Your investments are valued at £400,000, and you receive Service Level 2.
At 0.85%, the ongoing management fee we would receive is £3,400.
As this exceeds the minimum ongoing service fee for this service level, no other charges apply. The total fee would be £3,400 per annum.
