Our biggest news is that the team won ‘Best Adviser Support Team 2019’ at the International Adviser Best Practice Awards. This is a huge achievement for the team, who are understandably very proud. It’s recognition of the hard work, passion and commitment that everyone gives to provide the best possible service and outcomes for you, our clients.
We mentioned in our September Newsletter that we were down to the last two firms competing for an industry award. Unfortunately, we weren’t successful this time. Although a little disappointed, it was an achievement that the judges recognised us with a ‘Highly Commended’ commendation. The judges are very discerning and only issue a ‘Highly Commended’ when they feel it is warranted – it’s not just a runner up prize!
We’ve also been successful in making it into the New Model Adviser Top 100 list for the 5th consecutive year. This award recognises outstanding achievements and prominent leaders in the UK financial planning profession.

Nicola enjoyed some well-earned time off with her family in October, making the most of it with a nice warm break from the cold, wet English weather. Rest assured that even when Nicola is not in the office, financial planning doesn’t stop – the team were busy answering queries, researching and writing reports ready for Nicola’s eagle eye to check on her return.
