Paraplanner Prepares for Adventure

Sad news. Nick Robinson who has been our Paraplanner for the last two years is leaving us. At the end of November, he will jet off on a one-way ticket to Thailand. During his exciting 9 month trip, Nick plans to visit Laos, Vietnam, India, Central America and South America, where he hopes to enjoy some trekking, rafting, bungee jumping and all manner of adventures. As he is travelling on his own, he is very flexible when it comes to destinations and so is planning on going where the mood takes him.

Nick is looking forward to many things; seeing lots of historical, cultural, architectural sites, engaging with nature and viewing some natural wonders, as well as interacting with the locals and their cultures. He is also very excited as his favourite food is Thai curry, so his first port of call on arrival in Thailand will most likely be food related.

When asked what his best memory was of his time at Jane Smith Financial Planning Nick said. “I have enjoyed working in a team who genuinely want to provide the best financial planning for their clients, while maintaining ethical and fair standards i.e. doing what’s best for each and every one of them. This really appeals to me, as it chimes well with my own personal belief systems.”

On behalf of the remaining Jane Smith Financial Planning team and those of you who have met and/or worked with Nick, we would like to thank him for all his hard work and wish him well on his travels.
